Kick-Off Video Call
To begin your journey we’ll schedule an FaceTime meeting to discuss your project. This virtual meeting allows us to understand your requirements, style preferences, your available space and discuss initial ideas before proceeding to a home visit.
Free Home Consultation
Following the initial FaceTime meeting, we’ll arrange a free, no-obligation consultation at your home. Our designer will visit you to further discuss your vision, take precise measurements and offer professional advice on the best solutions for your space.
Design and Quote
Based on your consultation, we will create a bespoke kitchen design tailored to your space. We’ll then re-visit you to present our concept and take notes of your feedback and fine tune the design. We’ll provide you with a detailed, jargon free quote so you exactly what to expect, with no hidden costs.
In the Workshop
Once you’ve approved the design and quote, the work will begin. Our workshop is based in Worcestershire and we use only the highest quality materials and the best manufacturing techniques to ensure that your kitchen is not only beautiful, but also functional and long-lasting.
Installation
When your new kitchen is ready we will come to your home and fit your new kitchen. We understand that having your kitchen fitted can be disruptive, so we will work quickly and efficiently to minimise any inconvenience to you. We can also project manage the whole process including electrics, plumbing and decorating, but we are happy to work alongside your chosen contractors if preferred.
Project Sign-Off
Once the installation is complete we’ll invite you to inspect your new kitchen and ensure that you’re completely happy with the result. If there are any issues at all we’ll work to resolve them quickly and to your satisfaction.
